Tour Duration is 0-Nights 1-Day. 0-Night Hotel Accommodation Will Be Provided. •Child Discounts (Not Applicable on Daily Tours) Apply to One Child Accommodating Two Adults. •It Is Mandatory by Law to Provide a Seat to Children Over 2 Years of Age. •Children Under 2 Years of Age Are Not Provided a Seat, An Additional Charge Is Made Upon Request. •The Tour Guide Reserves the Right to Make Changes to the Course of the Program, Provided That The Program Is Completely Realized. •Our Package Tours Are A Complete Set Within The Services Mentioned Above, They Cannot Be Considered Separately. Unused Services Such As Transportation, Sightseeing, etc. Will Not Be Refunded. •Our Agency Is Not Responsible For Places That Are Not Visited Although Written In The Tour Itinerary Due To Our Guests' Failure to Adhere To The Times Given By Our Guide During The Tour.
•An extra bed is available in triple rooms, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed and/or may be a fold-out extra bed. •All hotel names, etc. (and similar) specified in the programs are written for illustrative purposes in terms of star category and distance. It does not imply that accommodation will be provided at the specified hotel. •Bus seating is based on the order of reservation; seats cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation. •Rotation in seating arrangements will be applied to our weekly tours. •Our agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be carried out due to force majeure before or during the tour.

Our guests participating in our tour have "Compulsory Travel Insurance Against Bankruptcy or Defective Service of the Agency" as stipulated in the Travel Agencies Law No. 1618. Health Insurance Package is not included in the price.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND ASSURANCE DETAIL
In case of a reservation cancellation request or change up to 72 hours (3 days) before the tour departure date, an unconditional 100% uninterrupted refund guarantee is offered. For tours with accommodation of 1, 2 or 3 nights, the package fee is 20 TL per person. For tours with accommodation of 4 nights or more, the package fee is 30 TL per person. The Cancellation/Refund Assurance Package cannot be added to tours by plane.

The requirement to enter information into the U-ETDS system via e-Government began on January 2, 2019, as per the Highway Transportation
